Semi Private Training is Now Available

Our NEW semi-private training is catered to those who are looking to have a personalized program that is progressed on a monthly basis. You can enjoy individualized coaching for you and up to 3 other people.  This training is results based, affordable, and will keep you motivated for ultimate success.

  • Each participant is required to start with a 60 minute full assessment
  • Individualized exercise programs
  • Individualized nutrition as well as ongoing nutritional support
  • Exercise programs will be progressed every 3-4 weeks to ensure goals are being met
  • Re-assessments will occur on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to ensure range of motion and movement patterns are improving
  • Each session will have a designated kinesiologist to monitor your form and technique during your sessions, and to assist you as needed
  • 2x/week and 3x/week members will receive unlimited access to FxFit group classes (click here for our schedule)


Initial Assessment: $100 


3-month commitment

3x a week:  $105/week

2x a week: $85/week

1x/week: $70/weeK

12-month commitment

3x/week: $90/week ($30/session)

2x/week: $70/week ($35/session)

1x/week: $65/week


We offer training times Monday through Friday in the morning (8-12pm) and afternoon (2-6pm).
