About This Opportunity
The ideal candidate would be someone who is organized and excels in customer service. Having a MOA background would be beneficial, but is not required.
Duties include:
- Managing our class scheduling software (Mindbody Operation)
- Using Microsoft Office Suite
- Corresponding with ICBC
- Report writing
- Assisting clients with scheduling
- Responding to phone calls & greeting clients
This is a part-time position with flexible hours, offering 10-15 hours each week.
