Whether you’re a fan of green goddess dressing or not, this is must make. I’ve made many green goddess dressings in my life, and this is by far the best… and not just because it’s extremely versatile and tastes great on anything.
Make up a batch for yourself. It’s magic drizzled on a salad, as a dip for fresh cut veggies, or served on the side of chicken or fish. Like I said, it literally goes with everything. 😉
Enjoy!

Green Goddess Dressing
Source: Clean Eats
Ingredients:
1/2 cup tahini
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup miso **If you can’t tolerate soy look for chickpea miso
1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
1 scallion, roughly chopped
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Directions:
- In a blender, puree together the tahini, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, and miso until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Add the parsley, cilantro, basil, scallion, and salt and blend again, but only until the dressing is just incorporated.
Store dressing in the fridge, in a container, for up to one week.. But trust me, it won’t last a week. 😉
