I always like to have healthy snacks on-hand for those moments when I’m feeling a bit nibbly, which can be often when you work at a desk job like I do most days. It’s easy to fall off the health wagon when you’re at work. But if you plan ahead and prep some healthy meals and snacks, you’ll be able to stay on track.
This tahini veggie dip is a super simple recipe to prepare, and a great afternoon pick-me-up. Prep this one the morning or night before and serve it with some fresh cut veggies or whole grain crackers, like Mary’s. It also makes for a great salad dressing, so I typically keep a jar of this dip stalked in my fridge 😉
Hope you enjoy it!
