Interested in learning and expanding on functional resistance training in a safe environment? This class is for you! Our FX Fit Foundations Program is tailored for adults who are either new to exercise or less familiar with strength training. Over the span of 6 weeks, we will cover basic resistance training foundations, paired with mobility work to increase strength and enhance movement.
Previous injury? Limitations in mobility? No problem! Modifications will be provided to suit the specific needs of each individual in the class. Small group classes (8 participants max) will ensure everyone attending can perform correct exercise technique and allow for personalized progressions and adaptations.
When: First class on JULY 21! Monday and Thursday mornings from 10:30-11:30. This program will run for 6 weeks and pre-registration is required.
