Start With Our Introductory Program

Before committing to a membership, try us out and make sure it’s the right fit for you. Our introductory program is designed to help you experience our personalized approach firsthand.

It includes:

  • One 60-minute private assessment
  • Two semi-private training sessions
  • Cost: $150

You won’t be charged until your first training session is booked following your assessment. After that, you’ll have two weeks to complete both sessions included in the package.

At Balance In Motion, we use a range of strength and mobility equipment including barbells, dumbbells, cable systems, kettlebells, sleds, and medicine balls. Our space is designed to support purposeful training focused on strength, stability, and movement quality.

Strength Training Equipment – Barbells, dumbbells, and cable systems used to build strength through controlled, progressive training tailored to your needs.

Mobility & Stability Tools – Bands, sliders, & targeted tools to improve mobility, control, and joint stability, supporting injury recovery and long-term movement health.

Functional Training Equipment – Sleds, medicine balls, and open space to develop power, coordination, and real-world strength that carries over to sport and daily life.

Our Richmond facility features a spacious, open-layout design with a large bay door and outdoor training area. Designed for semi-private training, the space stays focused and uncrowded, with ample parking and an on-site shower.

Change Rooms & Showers – Change rooms and a fully equipped showers, towel service, and hair dryers, making it easy to train before or after your day.

Lounge & Kitchen Area – A welcoming front lounge with seating, a shared fridge, and microwave, to give you a chance to fuel up or winding down around your sessions.

Hydration Station – Filtered water station available for all members, so you can stay hydrated!
