$150 Introductory Program
Start With a Plan Built for You
At Balance In Motion, we believe your training should reflect your body, your history, and your goals.
Our primary service is semi-private training, which is our approach to combining the individualization of personal training with the energy and flexibility of a small-group environment.
Every new client starts with our $150 Introductory Program, so we can get to know you, understand how you move, and build a program specifically for you.
Your $150 Introductory Program Includes:
We’ll start by talking through your injury and training history, current concerns, and what you’d like to accomplish.
From there, we’ll assess your mobility, stability, strength, and overall movement using a combination of movement screens and exercises. This gives us a better understanding of where you move well, where you may need additional support, and what we should prioritize in your training.
Using what we learn during your assessment, we'll create a strength program specifically for you—taking into account your goals, training experience, injury history, and current abilities.
This becomes the program you'll work through during your semi-private training sessions, with your coach there to guide, modify, and progress it as needed.
Your first session includes extra coaching time to introduce you to the space, teach you the foundational pieces of your program, and make sure you feel comfortable with your exercises and warm-up.
During your second session, you'll continue working through your individualized program with your coach's guidance and support.
All of This
for $150
There’s no commitment to an ongoing membership. The introductory program gives you a chance to experience how we train and decide whether Balance In Motion is the right fit for you.
You won’t be charged until you book your first training session following the assessment.
