We’re looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about helping people reach their health and fitness goals to participate in our next internship program.
A Balance In Motion internship, BIMternship, will give you the opportunity to work alongside our kinesiology team and coach a variety of clients; including athletes, people rehabilitating from injury and our general fitness clientele.
As a BIMtern, you have the opportunity to complement your hands-on training with weekly tutorials specifically tailored to the learning curriculum, focusing on continued education in a classroom-style environment. You will also gain valuable access to our coaching staff in services.
We were all where you are now, and know that the key to getting to the next step is not only education, but also experience. This is why we work closely with our interns to help them develop coaching, assessment and program-design skillsets, as well as the fundamentals of injury rehab to compliment their career aspirations within the fitness industry.

The BIMternship program involves 15-20 hours per week of volunteered time – all of which is fun, interactive and educational.
Start Date: February 10th, 2025
