Melissa Ramos’ cashew milk has become a staple in my smoothies. Unlike the dairy-free milks that you buy at your grocery store, Melissa’s cashew milk recipe adds a smooth creaminess to my smoothies that takes them to a whole new, and delicious level.
If you’ve ever made nut milks before I think you’ll love this cashew milk recipe, because unlike other nut milks you don’t have to strain it before serving; which makes it super quick and easy to prepare. 😉
The dairy-free strawberry milkshake recipe below is one of my favourite smoothie recipes… made better thanks to Melissa’s cashew milk. Packed full of vitamin C, protein and healthy fat, this smoothie recipe is great when you’re feeling like something sweet that’s also good for you. It’s also kid approved.
