Our personalized program includes:

  • A full assessment; including baseline measurements, a postural screen, tests for muscle imbalances as well as a Functional Movement Screen(TM)
  • Individualized exercise programs
  • Individualized coaching for you and up to 3 other people
  • Individualized nutrition as well as ongoing nutritional support
  • Program progression every 3-4 weeks to ensure goals are being met

  • You will be trained by a practicing Kinesiologist and fitness coach—who will monitor your form and technique during your sessions, and to assist you as needed
  • Re-assessments will occur on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to ensure that your range of motion and movement patterns are improving
